Lisa Finnan
Owner / Founder / Advanced Aesthetician / HD Brow Master / Laser Practitioner
Lisa has been immersed in the beauty industry since she was a young child and has gone on to fulfill her dream of owning a successful beauty business. At the age of 26 Lisa opened Beautique with huge aspirations for its future. Over the past 14 years she has built Beautique Skin & Laser Clinic to the multi award winning entity it is today and has racked up over 35 awards to adorn its walls. Lisa’s passion lies in advance skincare treatments, laser hair removal and brow artistry. She is always upskilling and advancing both herself and her team along with the business to bring their every growing client base the very best the industry has to offer
Laura Sweeney
Laser Practitioner/ Aesthetician / Nail Technician
Laura is one of our most senior staff members and has been working at Beautique for 9 years. Before joining us she worked at several well known salons around Dublin. Laura’s meticulous attention to detail is what her clients adore. She is extremely knowledgeable with her work and her clients are always her number one priority. She specialises in nail enhancements, Laser hair removal and is now upskilling into more advanced skin treatments. Laura is extremely sought after and books out weeks, sometimes months in advance.
Siobhan Hiney
Laser Practitioner / Aesthetician / Nail Technician
Siobhan Joined us at the beginning of her career after just working in another salon for a year after college. We have watched her flourish into the fantastic professional she is today over the last 8 years she has been working At Beautique. Siobhan takes great pride in her work and her clients will all agree that she is one of the most genuine, friendly and honest people you could meet. Siobhan’s specialities lie in laser hair removal, skincare treatments, eyelash/ eyebrow treatments and nail enhancements. She is currently upskilling in more advanced skin and laser treatments. Siobhan has a huge client base and her diary fills very quickly.
Leighane O Malley
Laser Practitioner / Aesthetician / HD Brow Master / Nail Technician
Leighane Joined Our team almost 8 years ago after gaining vast experience in other salons. Since joining us Leighane has been trained to HD Brow Master Level placing her in the most skilled category of brow artistry. Her HD Brow skills have earned her quite a name locally and made her an extremely sought after team member. Leighane also does alot of specialised waxing and Laser Hair Removal for her clients. She is currently upskilling into more advanced aesthetic skin and laser treatments.
Debbie Mc Grath
HD Brow Master/ Facialist / Lash Technician
Debbie joined Beautique 2 years ago as an experienced brow master. Her bubbly gently personality along with her attention to detail and immense brow artistry skills quickly made her a firm favourite on the brow bar. Debbie also does facial treatments and lash lift treatments for her ever growing client list. She is currently up skilling into advanced laser hair removal treatments.
Katie Reilly
Laser Practitioner / Aesthetician
Katie joined us in Beautique 4 years ago as a front of house salon coordinator but 2 years in realised she wanted more. Since then she has worked tirelessly behind the scenes and went to college to become a beauty therapist. Katie is currently transitioning into her beauty therapist role and we are very excited to see her progress through the stages. Katie is our spray tan queen. Her clients adore her lash lifts and she is building a steady nail clientele. Katie is currently upskilling in Laser hair removal, advanced skincare treatments, waxing and brow treatments to name just a few.

Helen is our longest serving team member and is with Beautique for the past 11 years. Helen has outstanding customer service skills and goes above and beyond to be sure everything runs smoothly for both the team and clients alike. Her caring personality shines through in anything she does making her adored by everyone who comes through our doors.
